- Curly leaf parsley (P. crispumcrispum group; syn. P. crispum var.crispum) is more decorative than flat leaf parsley and therefore used more in garnishing. It is a host plant for black swallowtails. This particular plant has been growing and thriving even during winters in the Buchanan Bed.
